Return and Refund Policy

Yes, we do offer returns.

Customers are put first. We want you to be happy and satisfied with your order.

If for some reason you want a return, first email admin@beuniquity to state your reason and provide pictures if necessary.

Our return policy is simple: at date of order purchase, you have a 30-day window to return your order.

Requirements for return

Items must be unused in original condition, with pictures provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to request a return

To request a return, email us, admin@beuniqity.com, with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for returning. We will provide instructions from there.

Once the item is received back to us, we will refund or exchange depending on your preference. Items used or not returned in original conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
